The profile will generally contain your first name, last name initial, location and pet details, and may include other content or information that you provide for purposes of your profile. These profiles will be made available publicly throughout the Site.
By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
You may visit this Site anonymously, without submitting any of their personal/identification information. Only in the event that you voluntarily consents to submit any personal/identification information for availing the services of the Company via the Site shall such personal/identification information be made available to and be used by the Site. You shall always have the right to refuse providing personally/identification information, though such an action may prevent you from engaging in certain Site related activities. You shall, even after providing consent to the Site to use their personal/identification information, also have the right, at any time and with reasonable notice to the Company via email, to stop the usage of their personal/identification information; however this may prevent you from fully utilising the services and activities of this Site and it shall be at their own risk.
While you will be able to view most of the pages of this Site without providing your persona/identifications information, the nature of the services offered by the Company via the Site, whether to (i) put up a post for providing pet services, or (ii) availing the services of a Sitter, would require you to share certain personal/identification information with the Company and other users of the Site who would be privy to.
The Company via the Site shall collect personal/identification information from you in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, when Parents (i) register on the site, (ii) makes a reservation, (iii) fill out a form, and (iv) in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site.

To improve our Site • We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services. To process payments • We may use the information you provide about yourselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service. To send periodic emails • We may use the email address to send your information and updates pertaining to your order. It may also be used to respond to your inquiries, questions, and/or other requests.
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

We shall retain your personal/identification information and any such other information only during the duration of your engagement with the Company. As previously mentioned, at any time, you shall be permitted to remove, amend or modify their information as required, subject to the Company having the right to discontinue its services in terms of this Site.

We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding Parents and Sitters with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above. We may use third party service providers to help us operate our business and the Site or administer activities on our behalf, such as sending out newsletters or surveys. We may share your information with these third parties for those limited purposes provided that you have given us your permission.
In the event that any dispute arises between you and the Company regarding the usage of your information, the parties shall make best efforts to resolve such dispute within a period of 30 (thirty) days from receiving any notice in that regard. In the event that the parties are not able to resolve their differences within such period, the parties shall have the opportunity to refer the dispute to an independent arbitral tribunal consisting of 1 member appoints by each party, and another member appointed by the 2 such parties. The arbitration proceedings shall be undertaken in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the venue shall be in Mumbai, India. The costs shall be borne equally by both parties, and if required by the majority of the arbitrators the parties shall make an upfront payment prior to the commencement of the proceedings. The decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding on the parties.
